What ATM'S can I use?
A: You can use any ATM nationwide. However, reimbursement of the ATM fees depends on the type of account you have. For a list of ATM locations, use our ATM Locator.

How do I deposit cash?
A: Through Axos Bank's partnership with Green Dot Network®, you can deposit cash into your account at nearly 100,000 of America's largest and most respected retailers including 7-Eleven, ACE Cash Express, CVS, Dollar General, Kroger, Rite Aid, Safeway, Walgreens, and Walmart.
Ask the cashier to add cash directly to your Axos Bank debit card at the register. Axos Bank does not charge a fee, but retailers may charge up to $4.95 per transaction. You can reload any amount from $20 to $500 (up to $1,000 at participating Walmart locations and up to $1,500 at participating ACE Cash Express locations), and funds are typically available for use on your card within 10 minutes. How can I withdraw funds from my Savings Account?
A: Axos Bank savings accounts such as our High Yield Savings Account are true savings accounts that do not have the range of options to move money like a checking account. The options to withdraw funds from your savings account are:
Use your debit/ATM card at any ATM.
Log in to online banking to initiate a wire transfer.
Initiate a transfer of money to another financial institution.
How do I get a new or replacement bank card?
Log in to your online banking account and select the Accounts tab.
Select the account that corresponds with your debit/ATM card.
Underneath Debit Card, select the Request Replacement Card link.
How do I perform a wire transfer?
Log in to your online banking account and select the Move Money tab.
Select the Wire Transfer tab and complete the instructions.

What are the up-front costs involved in buying a home?
A: There are two up-front costs that the buyer is responsible for when buying a home. First, there is earnest money, a nominal, good-faith deposit that shows you are serious about buying the home. It usually ranges from $500 to $2,000. Second, there is the down payment, which is a percentage of the cost of the home. The amount of the down payment depends on which type of loan you are using to purchase the home.
What should my down payment be?
A: The larger your down payment, the lower your monthly mortgage payment. However, your monthly payment will also depend on your credit history and the type of mortgage you choose. A standard down payment is 20%, but depending on the type of loan, the down payment can be anywhere from 0% (e.g., a VA Loan) to 3.5% (e.g., an FHA Loan) to 10% or more.
What are the minimum requirements for a personal loan?
A: Some of our minimum requirements* for a Personal Loan include:
Credit score of 700 or greater
Verifiable income
Loan amount between $5,000 and $35,000
2 years of well-established credit history

How do I apply for an auto loan refinance?

How long does it take to be approved for an auto loan refinance?
A: It’s quick. You’ll receive a decision in less than 24 hours.
What are the basic loan and vehicle requirements?
A: The minimum credit score to qualify is 680, and the amount financed (your payoff) must be between $10,000 and $90,000. In addition, you must be current on your existing auto loan and, if applicable, your mortgage.
Your existing loan can’t be with us, and your existing lender must be FDIC or NCUA insured. Most banks, credit unions, and larger auto finance companies meet this requirement.
We will finance new and used personal-use cars, minivans, SUVs, and light trucks. Your vehicle must have less than 125,000 miles and be valued between $8,500 and $90,000 KBB retail.
We don’t refinance Daewoo, Saab, Oldsmobile, Suzuki, or Isuzu vehicles; commercial vehicles; recreational vehicles (RVs); ATVs; motorcycles; boats; motor homes; camper vans; branded title vehicles; lemon vehicles; or vehicles without a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or title issued. At our discretion, we may determine a vehicle to be commercial or otherwise ineligible based on the model and/or information provided to us.
