How did you decide on the name Evo?

A: Evo takes its name from "Banking Evolved," which is the mission that unites all of us at Axos.

What are the benefits of using Evo?

A: Evo gives you fast answers to your banking and account questions, allowing you to manage your finances with just a few taps on your phone.

Can I access all my accounts with Evo?

A: Currently, Evo can only access your Nationwide and UFB Direct accounts when you are logged out of your Axos account.

Which accounts can Evo help me with?

A: Evo only has access to the information that you can see in your Axos Bank Online Banking portal. To make any changes to an account, you will need to log in to online banking and authorize the changes.

How secure is Evo?

A: We take the security of your personal and financial information very seriously. Your accounts through Evo are connected with your standard login credentials, and all of your information is safely encrypted with 256-bit SSL. Our servers meet the security requirements of the most demanding organizations in the world.

How does this work?

A: Evo is a way to connect with your Axos account and access information through new channels of communication in addition to your online account. If you already have an Axos account, it's as simple as logging into your account. If you aren't an Evo user yet, just click the Evo tab within Online Banking to get started!

How is my data protected?

A: All of your information is encrypted to the highest levels demanded by world-leading organizations such as Amazon. Our servers meet the security requirements of the most demanding organizations in the world. Only you can connect your accounts through your secure Evo login.

How do you know it's me and not someone else?

A: To ensure it's you, we require that you log in to your online or mobile account before you can get started with Evo.

Could someone else access my account?

A: No, Evo can only view your accounts if you have logged in to online banking. As an extra layer of security to ensure your personal information stays secure, use a strong password or PIN for all devices, such as your phone, tablet, and computer. Also, avoid writing down passwords and leaving them where others might find them. Never share your online banking ID or password with others. Read more security tips.

Can someone else take money out of my accounts?

A: Absolutely not. Evo only allows you to transfer money to accounts that you have already added and approved within online banking.

Do you store my bank account number or other bank or financial account information?

A: When you connect your Axos bank or other financial account, we encrypt and store that information so your account stays connected. However, the data is stored anonymously and securely, and we don't have access to it.

Do the messaging apps see my financial data?

A: As with text banking, the messaging app can see numbers that are provided during the conversation. If you ask how much you spent on groceries last week, the messaging app will be able to see that number, but it will not have access to your financial accounts or any transaction details.
