Fund Your Account

Once your account is open, you’ll need to add money so you can start using it for business expenses.

Add money to your Axos business account in three easy ways:

Use Mobile Deposit

  • Sign the back of your check.

  • Open the Axos app to take a photo of the front and back of your signed check.

  • Once you finish depositing your check, you will receive a confirmation email. Then a second email is sent after the check has been approved or declined. An email will be sent after each successful deposit.

    Wire and ACH Transfers

    Use the following information to complete the incoming transfer via ACH or wire from an external bank:

    Mail a Check

    • Before sending the check, make sure the name on the check matches your business name as registered with our bank.

    • Endorse the check by signing business name on the back or write a check from your current bank account.

    Bill Pay

    Make recurring bill payments effortless. Set it and forget it by following these steps:

    In App
    • Click the Bank tab and click Move Money.

    • Click Pay a Bill and Add a Recipient.

    • Add your business information.

    Online
    • Click Pay Bills tab.

    • Under Business Accounts select Pay Bills.

    • Add your business information.

    Debit Card Management

    After requesting your debit card, it should arrive in 7-10 business days. To activate your new debit card, call (877) 247-8002 from the phone number linked to your business profile.

    Once in the app or logged in online, you can manage your debit card in several ways:

    • Activate/deactivate debit card

    • Freeze/unfreeze debit card

    • Replace debit card

    • Report debit card lost or stolen

    Set Up Mobile Wallet

    Add your debit card to your digital wallet to make payments with a quick scan of your phone. Here’s how:

    Apple Pay
    • Open Wallet and press the plus (+) sign.

    • Select “Add Debit or Credit Card”.

    • Follow the instructions.

    Google Pay
    • Install Google Pay app.

    • Open Google Wallet app and press the plus (+) sign.

    • Select “Add Debit or Credit Card”.

    • Use your phone’s camera to scan your card info or enter it manually.

    Connect your Axos account directly to your accounting software.

    Go to Online Banking Setup under the
Banking tab.

    Search for Axos and select Axos Bank to connect your account(s).

    Log in using your Axos credentials.

    Select the account(s) you want to connect.

    Follow the prompts to complete setup.

    I forgot the password to my account. What can I do?

    Choose Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the steps to receive a password reset email. If you don’t receive an email, it could mean the email we have on file is invalid, inactive, or blocked. Please chat with Evo, your virtual financial assistant, or contact us for any additional assistance.

    Where can I find my account information?

    Your account and routing numbers were provided in the Welcome Letter sent in your application message portal. You can also view your account numbers in online banking by clicking on the account in your dashboard or from the Bank, Borrow and Invest tabs in the mobile app. Once you’re viewing the account, scroll to Settings for more details.

    How do I send or receive a wire?

    To send an outbound wire, simply log in online or in the app, select your account, choose Move Money, and select the Wire Transfers option.

    Wiring funds into Axos Bank

    To wire funds into an Axos Bank account you will need the following information:

    Ensure the wire is to the benefit of your name and your account number at Axos Bank. Should you or your bank have any questions, please contact a Business Relationship Manager at (844) 678-2726 during business hours Monday-Friday 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. PT.

    How can I transfer funds between my accounts?

    Select Move Money in online banking or in the mobile app to setup and manage transfers between personal and business accounts, all in one place.

    If the transfer is going to another entity or bank, use the Move Money or Bill Pay feature in online banking or mobile app. Add the new External Account or Recipient.

    If you would like to process an incoming transfer from another bank or institution, you would initiate the transfer from the other bank or institution.

    If it is a transfer within Axos from your business account to another Axos business or personal account, Select Move Money in online banking or in the mobile app to setup and manage transfers between personal and business accounts, all in one place.

    I’m trying to log in, and I’m receiving a message that I need a verification code. How do I get that code?

    One-time verification codes are only sent via SMS message to a mobile phone number that has SMS enabled. One-time verification codes cannot be sent to landlines or international phone numbers. Reach out to us for assistance adding or updating your cell phone number on file if you cannot access your account.
