- You do not need to have a Social Security number, Green Card, or visa to qualify.
- Second Home: 65% LTV to $3 million and 50% LTV to $5 million.
- Interest-only mortgage options are available.
- No FICO score is required. We accept foreign credit reports or satisfactory alternate credit from your country of origin to show creditworthiness.

Important Requirements for Nonresident Aliens
- Income documentation.
- A valid passport and a second form of ID.
- Seasoned assets in a known verifiable financial institution. If the documentation is in a foreign language, it needs to be translated by a certified translator.
The borrower is not required to have:
- A Social Security number, Green Card, or visa.
- A FICO score. In lieu of a FICO score, the borrower may demonstrate creditworthiness or satisfactory alternate credit by submitting a credit report from his or her country of origin.
