California: Your Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to: (1) Request access to certain personal information we have collected about you. (2) Request that we delete certain personal information we have collected from you. (3) Opt out of the sale of your personal information. Please note that personal information we collect about you in connection with your online account may be subject to different legal requirements and may not be included in our response to you through your use of this form. You may also call us toll-free at 1-888-585-4968 (our menu will prompt you through your request).

Right to Access: You have the right to send Axos Financial a verifiable request, twice in a 12-month period, asking that we disclose to you the personal information Axos Financial has collected, used, disclosed and sold about you during the past 12 months. Right to Opt-Out of Sale: You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information we collect on our websites, such as to enhance the ability to serve you content and advertisements that may be of interest to you.
